We are the data controller for personal information collected through lawradar.ai.

When you request a free audit:

• The firm website URL you submit
• The email address you submit
• Technical metadata: IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, timestamp

When you become a paying customer:

• Billing details processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
• Subscription records: start date, plan, renewals, cancellation

When you browse the site:

• Anonymous analytics — pages visited, approximate location (country / city), referring source. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not track you across other websites.

When you receive our emails:

• Whether the email was opened and whether links were clicked, used to confirm delivery and avoid sending duplicates.

We do not collect:

• Sensitive personal data (health, biometric, religious, political views)
• Information about your firm's clients
• Information about anyone under 18

We use the information to:

• Run the requested audit against AI search engines and generate a PDF report
• Deliver that report to your email
• Send one or two follow-up emails offering to walk through the results
• Provide ongoing monthly tracking if you subscribe
• Improve the service through aggregate, non-identifying analysis
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

To deliver the service we use the following types of third-party processors. Each has their own privacy practices.

When we send prompts to the AI engines, we send public details of your firm — firm name, public website URL, city — never your email address or personal data.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not share visitor data with social networks for tracking purposes. If we add a cookie banner, you'll be able to decline all non-essential cookies.

• Free audit submissions: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
• Paying customer records: retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 6 years after cancellation, as required by accounting and tax rules.
• Anonymous analytics: retained indefinitely in aggregate form.

You can request earlier deletion at any time — see § 08.

We are based in Kazakhstan and most of our processors are in the United States or the European Union. When you submit data, you understand that it will be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions. We rely on standard contractual safeguards with our processors.

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data — the "right to be forgotten"
• Stop receiving any emails (one click on any unsubscribe link, or email us)
• Export your data in a portable format

Send your request to [email protected] from the email on the account. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights plus the right to non-discrimination for exercising them. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR gives you these rights plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We use HTTPS for all traffic, encrypt data at rest, and limit access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

The service is intended for legal professionals operating in the United States. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we make material changes to this policy we will email anyone with an active account and update the Effective date at the top of this page.
