LawRadar.ai is operated by 7Sales LLP. This policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. It applies to the LawRadar Pro subscription. The free audit is, and always will be, free.
If you are not satisfied with LawRadar Pro, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 30 days of that charge. No questions asked.
You can cancel LawRadar Pro at any time — from your account billing portal or by emailing us. Here is what happens after the first 30 days:
- Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a billing period that has already started.
- Renewal charges (the second month onward) are not automatically refundable. If a renewal was charged in error — for example, you cancelled but were billed anyway — contact us and we will make it right.
Payments and refunds for LawRadar Pro are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Once we approve a refund, it is issued to the original payment method.
- Approval on our side is same business day for eligible requests.
- The funds typically appear back on your card or account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Any sales tax or VAT collected at checkout is refunded together with the payment.
To keep the guarantee simple and honest, refunds do not apply to:
- Requests made more than 30 days after your first payment.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
- The free audit, which carries no charge in the first place.
If your local consumer-protection law gives you broader refund rights than this policy, those rights still apply — nothing here removes them.
